Rear Chokehold Escape Technique V1
When properly executed, a rear chokehold can end an attack before you can even engage. This is the V1 technique of escaping rear strangleholds.
Depending on how a rear choke is applied, it can rather crush your larynx / trachea (death), or obstruct your carotid arteries / jugular vein (unconsciousness).
Either way, you have less than 12 seconds to escape.
