Sorry for the late response, I had to wait for Substack to get back to me. So what it looks like is that you need to log in to cvrtoprtv.com, even though you may be logged into substack.com. It's the same log in credentials but treated as separate log ins.

I am logged in there. It asks for a subscription plan but since I'm paying on this already, should I need to pay again to be able to download? I hope this gets fixed.

I saw and tried that days ago -- still shows no access.
